Second Championship Update

We reported a few weeks ago that the GGW Front Office was considering introducing a second championship for Gold Rush. Since then support remains strong amongst Steven O'Reilly, IC3 and his inner circle of executives but the general consensus is that Front Office wants to see talent "step up" and take the initiative. With more and more people gunning for Drew Stevenson it's inevitable that all challengers cannot immediately have a shot at the Champion but a second belt would give those left out of the chase something to strive towards and to potentially use as a bargaining chip to "move up". It is believed that once IC3 is sufficiently satisfied a second belt will likely be introduced and is expected to be a hotly contested commodity.
