Hours ago a mysterious video was delievered to the office of IC3, Steven O'Reilly, and several other high ranking executives in the Front Office. The video has since been leaked internally from the Front Office and the footage to say the very least is unsettling. As an advisory we strongly recommend that children and those with weak stomachs avoid the attached video below due its disturbing nature.
