Brief Character Biography: When they talk about how tough the Irish is, Connor Kelly can validate that. Born and raised in Northern Ireland [Belfast], Connor earned the nickname amongst his friends "Scuigin" which translates from Gaelic to English to "hoodlum" a title he wore proudly like a badge of honor. Despite being a rascal, he had a knack for sports, whether it was rugby or soccer, he showed supreme conditioning and focus. It wasn't until his teens where he begun to get involved with the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes at a local gym, which made the smaller, more agile Connor Kelly dangerous when it came to defending himself in pubs from drunken muppets. It wasn't until he graduated from school to where he took his fascination with pro wrestling to the next level, mixing in elements of his ground ability with his supreme conditioning and his agile manner. At the age of 22, Connor debuted for the ICWC; Inter-City Wrestling Championships about 44 miles away from where he grew up and rapidly moved up the ranks eventually earning himself championship after championship. He begun to tour the world, his skill earned him praise across the United Kingdom and Mexico, finally he decided to give the United States a try when he turned 27 and has been here for 3 years, but has managed to master the American-English dialect and ways. A few quick trips in fly-by-night promotions left The Irish Iceman jobless, so he comes to Golden Gate Wrestling, looking to tangle with the best of the best. Not the most charismatic, he won't blow you away on the microphone, but his hard work, persistence and determination is what defines him, a trait fans love and appreciate. Coined "The Irish Iceman" due to his laser focus and relentless nature IN the ring, he's cold and calculated, but it's quite the treat in a industry full of clowns.
