This night would be a glorious night because it was another night that BURAI with Alex Bradford in his corner, would succeed. One week ago at Gold Rush Three, the man known as BURAI teamed up with the champ, Drew Stevenson, thanks to Bradford's partnership with IC3 and his past friendship with the champ. Together the two walked out with victory but with Bradford's guidance after the victory, BURAI moved forward. Bigger things were in the future.
"Ladies and Gentlemen! If you are not aware of who I am, allow me to introduce myself! You may call me the best manager in the business! You may even call me the Connoisseur of TRUE Wrestling Talent! My name, ladies and gentlemen, is Alex Bradford and I am here to bring to you the hottest stars in the business! And on this night, and more importantly, in one week on July the first when Brock Whitworth steps inside of the squared circle he is stepping in the ring, and stands across from the KING of the kick! A man who can kick you so hard that your heart skips a beat! The man from the Land of the Rising Sun! The MAN known only as BURAI! And when we see BURAI standing across from Brock Whitworth we are going to see a spectacle! We're going to see a BEAT DOWN like we have never seen before! Ladies and Gentlemen, what you are going to see is something that may make you want to cover your eyes so you don't have to see it! You may want to cover your ears so you don't have to hear it! But on Wednesday, July the first, BURAI is going to not JUST defeat Mister Whitworth but he is going to DESTROY Mister Whitworth. BURAI is going to rip and tear Mister Whitworth apart! He's gonna do it because that's what BURAI does best! Mister Whitworth may have all kinds of talent coming from the land down under but it's not gonna matter. See, BURAI is a man of strong discipline and determination. When he sets his mind on something it becomes all he thinks about!"
Bradford gives off his sly smirk that he was well known for and he continued with BURAI stands behind him. His fists clenched with one hand covering the other and he wore a three piece suit like a man of elegance from Japan that he is.
"Things don't stop there folks! Oh no they dont! See, last week at Gold Rush Three, the people got to see just a small sample of what the man known as BURAI can do! See, we all know the champ is great, he's phenomenal, he's the man of men! That is why he is the champ but the one thing people aren't seeing is that Mister Stevenson got the victory in that match over Showtime BECAUSE of BURAI! Now don't mistake my words. Mister Stevenson is the champion for a reason but on that night it was BURAI that allowed for that victory to happen! Mister Stevenson, his championship and his band of merry men only need understand that the championship cannot be protected at all times and among all of the others that believe they deserve the shot one man stood out and his name is BURAI! One man stood out among all of the others and in one more week he will do it again! And then again and again until he is given what he has earned! So many men like Wolf Parker and Showtime and Frankie Cocheese have thrown their names into the hat for the shot at Mister Stevenson, and it's a shame what happened to Cocheese and Roach, for BURAI and myself had nothing to do with that, but to be a championship contender one must not be able to be taken out so easily! See, Mister Cocheese, while BURAI, a man of great dignity, had nothing to do with it, Mister Cocheese had it coming to him because while you all cheer for Frankie Cocheese now, it wasn't but a few months ago you were booing him, using words that I dare not repeat and at the drop of a dime when Mister Cocheese decided to turn on the only true friend he had left in the business, and brought a pathetic insect back with him. Roach was merely a casualty in the line of fire that Mister Cocheese had created."
Bradford thought the situation was slightly comical and let out a little laugh.
"But do not mistake BURAI as a man of weakness for his dignity but unfortunately for Dash Miles, that is exactly what he has done! See, Dash Miles did just that! Dash Miles too BURAI's kindness for weakness at chose to get involved with him last week by assaulting him. BURAI didn't like that, or appreciate it, Dash! And when the time is right..."
BURAI steps forward, placing his hand on Bradford's shoulder, wanting to speak and so Bradford gives him the floor.
"Dash Miles choose to fight BURAI-- BURAI... kick. BURAI kick.. your.. ass. BURAI.. DESTROY YOU!"
BURAI stepped back and Bradford stepped forward with a smirk from ear to ear. BURAI didn't speak often but when he did it was punctual, to the point and had enough force and emphasis behind it that it spoke volumes.
"EXACTLY MY FRIEND! BURAI... destroy. You hear that, Mister Miles? BURAI.. destroy. That's got a really nice ring to it! I can see it on some new merchandise already! See, BURAI is a simple man with simple goals and that is to be the best of the best with no questions asked and that has been shown each and every single time that we put on a show! You started it the first time, Mister Miles, when you found it in you to keep BURAI out of the ring at the very first Gold Rush and at the second Gold Rush, BURAI did what he has been taught to do his entire life: even the score. He evened the score on Gold Rush Two and then last week at Gold Rush three, you chose to make the score uneven again and now to BURAI, you've dishonored him and all bets are off. WHICH that now brings me to the next point. Because once BURAI has finished with Mister Whitworth and has disposed of him, BURAI also enters his name into the hat for the Dusty Rhodes Memorial Cup. BURAI doesn't do it because of who Dusty Rhodes was; BURAI doesn't care. But BURAI sees it as another step, a new accomplishment that has not been won by anybody else before! BURAI doesn't care about an "American Dream" like the rest of ya. He doesn't believe there's a need to speak of these "hard times" because when life is hard there is no reason to complain about it but rather, you must take it and make something of yourself! THAT is what BURAI did! THAT is why Burai has bested all of you whether you believe it or not. And Mister Miles? If you should feel so inclined to continue messing with BURAI?! Enter the Memorial and BURAI will kick you so hard that your heart won't just skip a beat.. but you'll need to get a Pacemaker when he's done with ya! See everybody soon... BURAI looks forward to it!"
Bradford puts his hand on BURAI's shoulder with his big smile and pats his chest as the scene fades out.
