"I ... am Alex Bradford and ladies and gentlemen, I am standing here today with the future of the wrestling business! I am here with the man that is going to take the bay area by storm! But of course if you've paid any attention than you're already well aware of that. But in just under two weeks, two weeks my friends, the stars of Golden Gate collectively blow - your - minds with the SINGLE greatest talents that this business has to offer! San Francisco will never be the same because any other promotion that tries to run through this city, the fans will be chanting GG-Dub. And with this company being packed from top to bottom that is why my good friend BURAI has chosen this company to control at the top of the food chain."
Alex Bradford was a man that was experienced in all chains of the business, as many knew and was alluded to in the official debut just a few days ago. But the official in-ring debut was coming up in a fatal four way at the first show against Dash Miles, Sevele Ortega and Adam Johnson. Ortega was the one that Bradford and BURAI would be the one most worried about due to The Crusade being at ringside which Bradford would get into shortly. But just because they were probably the biggest threat, it didn't mean that any one of the others would be a non-threat but Bradford... well Bradford was a smart man. He knew how to handle this situation and he knew how to handle the opponents on hand and he knew how to get a victory for his client, one way or another.
"HOWEVER, ladies and gentlemen, on Wednesday, May the Twentieth, when we do actually arrive in the San Francisco Bay Area, I feel that I must advise you all. I feel that I must advise you all to know and understand that as many talented individuals as there are on this companies roster.. and there are a lot of them, there's not a one that matches up to the speed, the veracity, the intensity, and the over-all performance factor that BURAI brings to table! But above all else, despite the fact of what BURAI can... and will do to all of his opponents in the ring, collectively dismantling all of them one at a time but what sets my client apart is that in his corner he's not going to have a couple of cult wannabe's, and he's not even going to have some over grown jackass behind him to try and make him look tougher than he is solely because he doesn't need it. BURAI is as tough as they come and in his corner he's going to have a MANAGER! See, the job of a manager is to make sure his clients WIN! Ortega can have a Kaiser behind him, that's fine, but having a psycho and a valet behind you and claiming you're evil isn't going to win you the match but experience, strategy and the ability to see the victory before it even happens... that my friends will win the match and I've got the vision clear as day! I can see the victory just as I can see you if you were standing right in front of me!"
Bradford brought an interesting dynamic to the mix no matter who he managed or what he did in the business, period, he was always second to none (Just ask Smith.)
"Now, if you were standing right in front of me, Kaiser, I'd probably slap the taste right out of your mouth because compared to BURAI and the danger that this man possesses to you inside of the squared circle, you're just a yappy little puppy, pal! Just a yappy little puppy that can only find true solace when he's surrounded by a bunch of idiots that follow his every word. I mean just think about it... he first had to corrupt Peyton in Kansas City, Missouri then he was part of WASTE, and then what? The crusade. Without lackeys, Kaiser, you've got nothin' all the while BURAI has already accomplished so much in Japan and now that we're here well... things only pick up from here and if you're lucky, when BURAI leaves the winner... your head won't be caved in. But that will be another discussion for another day because your little "posse" won't save you at Gold Rush, Kaiser, nothing and nobody will."
Bradford was always a bit of a character and he was making bold statements when it came to Kaiser and the Crusade, even so much as bringing up the past that Bradford was there at ringside commentating, seeing it unfold before his very eyes. Poor Luke Jackson. He was always a good kid.
"This night isn't all about Kaiser and the Crusade, though, so don't get it twister. We haven't forgotten about you Dash Miles, or you Adam Johnson but make no mistake about it... you're going to get yours too. Miles, I heard what you said as part of Insurgents before the unfortunate closure and I took note of some things you had to say and considering it wasn't all that long ago I'm very sure a lot of those things still stand true to this day. I understand, BURAI understands, that you're not afraid of a whole lot. You stood down a man hat was twice the size of you named the DESTROYER and told him you weren't afraid. But understand this Dash... a man like that? You don't need to be afraid of because there's nothing that he can do other than try and intimidate you with his size. But my partner here, BURAI... well this is a man that you should be afraid of. THIS is a man, Dash Miles, that can take all of the beating that you want to give him but this is a man who has taken hits from some of the toughest wrestlers in all of Japan! So understand this, Dash, that when you step up to my client, to my partner, you better bring everything that you've got. Bring all of the "Y'all's" and hope that you've managed to keep your clean act up enough to stand with the toughest man in all of Golden Gate Wrestling because just like Kaiser... BURAI will beat you down. BURAI will take no mercy. BURAI will not care! BURAI is here to do the world a favor, to do the Bay Area a favor and rest atop of the throne as the champion that he is destined to be!"
That Bradford, never afraid to say what's on his mind when it's on his mind. This was the premiere wrestling company, and Alex Bradford was managing the premier wrestler.
"And LAST but most certainly not least.. Adam Johnson, a man that believes that he's the best but nothing to back it up other than his word. Well, Johnson, I hope that your word is as good as gold because when that bell rings there is no mercy. You do understand that, right? You understand that there will never be any mercy as long as BURAI is around! BURAI isn't a man for pleasantries, and he isn't a man to care about your personal, feminine problems that you probably carry around with yourself. See, you might surprise everybody, Johnson, hell, Kaiser or Miles may be a big surprise when the bell rings but if there's one thing you don't need to be surprised about, it's going to be when BURAI takes the victory. See, while many can speculate about the rest of you... because let's face it, they all do, there is no speculation about my partner in BURAI. Why do you think IC3 reached out to me, knowing I was all the way over in Japan to find the top, premier foreign talent to bring to his ranks? It's because he knows that when it comes to finding talent, and when it comes to managing talent there is none better than Alex - Bradford. I brought it to my partner and he saw the potential and chose it. So where do we go from here? What comes next after BURAI decimates his opponents inside of that ring? Simple. The championship. The championship that should be his. The championship that will be his. And with me in his corner? It doesn't matter if it's Drew Stevenson or Frank Washington that walk out with the championship-- they'll both have a Death Kick waiting for them. This soon will become the house that BURAI built and the house that BURAI will carry on his shoulders to the very end!"
Bradford had a big smirk comes to his face as BURAI just stood behind him, stopping his pacing that he was doing in the background during the duration of the promo and stood up behind Bradford, looking straight to the camera with him.
"It's time for the new blood, folks, and that new blood is BURAI!"
Fade.
