Tonight at the first edition of GGW’s Gold Rush, we saw “The Emerald” Drew Stevenson become the first ever Golden Gate Champion as he defeated Frank Washington; a man that he considered his brother by referee stoppage as Stevenson applied the BoneCrusher and unfortunately, he snapped Frank’s right leg in the process.
After the match, security had to escort Stevenson out of the arena as fans were livid, throwing chairs, trying to legit hurt Stevenson. There’s some white heat on Stevenson right now and it’s safe to say that he has a huge bulls-eye on his back; especially from Shawna Martinez-Washington.
